I am currently a computer science graduate student at Columbia University studying natural language processing. I have a variety of interests relating to software engineering, but am particularly interested in the use of NLP techniques for text-based information extraction and data mining. Additionally, I am interested in developing software to improve the creation and use of hierarchies of real-world named entities and concepts. Check out my projects page for more info on what I'm currently working on and some selected code.
